QFD BIRTHDAY CIRCLE MONOGRAM FONT

Hello, everybody!

My friend´s son is turning one these days and I wanted to make a special card for him. So I used the QFD Birthday Circle Monogram Font to write the word "EINS" (one) on the front.

You can find the card here:
QFD BIRTHDAY CIRCLE MONOGRAM FONT

You do not need a digital cutting machine to use the fonts. They work just fine with any texture program (like eg. Word).

Have a wonderful week :-)

Lotus Summer Decor Lantern/ Birthday Card

Hi Y'all!
Robyn here grateful for the immediacy and flexibility of digital design and cutting.
A long time mentor, living in Hawaii is having an 80th birthday, and friends there are arranging a scrapbook for cards, remembrances, memorabilia, etc.
Lotus popped into my mind, and a quick search of Suzanne's 1000's of files did not disappoint.

On the Mat

Ungroup, crop out one lotus panel, or you can cut the entire piece and save the others for another card and stenciling!

Happy Birthday Balloon Card in a Box

Hi Y'all!
Robyn here!
The birthday card we've all been waiting for.
Looks like it takes a lot longer than it does to create, can be modified for all ages and genders,
folds flat for mailing
and is tons of fun to make!

Happy birthday Tag Box- Print and Cut

Hi Y'all!
Robyn here raising the bar this year gifting myself!
This versatile  file could be used as a hostess gift, party favors, place settings, or a surprise gift for yourself!
( By my birthday I'll forget what's in it!)
Print and cut on the Silhouette is easier than you think.

On the mat

Print and Cut
( I am still using V2, so the step out is not V specific- the general steps will apply to any version)
  • Ungroup the file and keep just the happy birthday element on the mat
  • Turn on registration marks
  • Place the element on the page making sure it is inside of the registration marks.
  • Send to the printer.
  • Load your printed element page to the Silhouette.
  • Send to Silhouette and follow the instructions from there.

Assembly is easy. Suzanne has done all the work for you.
The box fits perfectly inside of the tag.
***TIP***
If you have a hard time seeing the fold line perforations, hold the paper up to the light.

I'm going to stash a little special something inside, and place it in my birthday box to open on the day.
What will be in yours?

Flourished Numbers!

This week over on the Silhouette Design Store, I've added some flourished numbers. They're ready to cut and perfect for anniversaries and birthdays!  Here is the full set of numbers which are all available now HERE.

These started with a request from The Fairbank Calligraphy Society in Victoria, BC for number forty designs for the 40th anniversary of their guild.  I had this idea in my head for a couple of weeks.  It finally leaked out onto paper, which then became a video!

I think these would make perfect additions to your cards and scrapbook pages - and I'm going to have to make a cake-topper some day soon!

The card is made from:

20 - flourished icon (enlarged to 2.75")
A Way With Words Happy Anniversary
Kaisercraft Mermaid Tales
Core'dinations Poseidon cardstock

Happy cutting!
Suzanne
