QFD LIBRA ZODIAC MONOGRAM FONT

Hello, crafty friends!

It was my friend's birthday recently. I couldn´t stop by to see her, so I decide on making her this card using the QFD Libra Zodiac Monogram Font.

You can find the font here.

the monogram printed on a piece of white paper

To add a stary/night sky/galaxy background I used some brush pens. Color your arcyl block and spray some water on it.

Then turn the block upside down and onto the paper. Let the water and color sink in. Leave it to try and decorate it more, if you wish. I added some rhinestones to the stars.

Have a happy and safe week!

PS: You can find all the zodiac signs on the Silhouette page.

Following the Quietfire Blogs!

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

For years I've used a service called Feedburner to send blog posts out to subscribers by email.  Unfortunately you might have noticed that those emails are no longer happening.  Feedburner worked extremely well, with no ads included, but for some reason Google discontinued the service....

I'm suggesting you use Bloglovin' to follow this blog.  It doesn't work the same, but it seems like the best alternative at the moment!

So let's see how this works!

AUTUMN

Happy fall, you all!

Are you ready for autumn yet? Where did summer go? It just flew by somehow.
I do like autumn - with all its beautiful colors.

Here is a card to welcome autumn.

You can find the digital file here:

The file comes with an outline background. I didn´t use it on this card though.

all cut

I made a quilled leave - to add some extra accent to the card.

If you wish to make a card with one of the other seasons, you can find all four of them on the Silhouette Design Store Page.

Have a colorful week!

Heart Card

Hello, crafty friends!

Here is a heart card, made of the HAPPY HEARTS TREAT BOX.

What you will need:
cardstock in the color of your choice. I decided on two different shades of blue and white
ink (blue)
embossing powder (QF Modern Guilding Powder Diamond Glass)
HAPPY HEARTS TREAT BOX

I cut the hearts and used the negative as a stencil to create the background.

To add a little extra, I embossed one heart with Diamond Glass :-)

Have a happy week! You are halfway through it already!

QFD BIRTHDAY CIRCLE MONOGRAM FONT

Hello, everybody!

My friend´s son is turning one these days and I wanted to make a special card for him. So I used the QFD Birthday Circle Monogram Font to write the word "EINS" (one) on the front.

You can find the card here:

You do not need a digital cutting machine to use the fonts. They work just fine with any texture program (like eg. Word).
