Kitties Birthday Card

 

Hello, crafty friends around the world!

How are you all doing? Enjoying the sun? This week´s blog project is a kitties birthday card. It´s a mix of a digital cutting file and an AWWW die:

The flowers are the spiral piece, you roll up with a tweezers, or fingers, let loosen a bit and adhere to the round bit at the other end.

Make extras for when inspiration strikes!

Embellishments include a small tag/label to add your sentiment, here a vintage Quietfire design stamp, thermal embossed with Modern Gilding Powder.

Mermaid Washi Sticker Tape

Hello, everyone!

This week we are under the sea, joining the little mermaids for a fun swim :-) Suzanne designed several different mermaid projects. I went for the washi tapes. You can find them here:

sticking the tapes onto the card base

blue glitter frame (die-cut)

 adding an extra mermaid to the card

Here is the finished card. I will give it to my son´s friend, she loves mermaids and will be turning eight soon.

This week at Silhouette - May 10, 2021

 

Happy Monday everyone!

This week there were 10 designs at Silhouette.  The Mother's Day Card in a Box was released last week for Mother's Day.

Then I needed a thank you for someone and opted for a Card in a Box design.....  It occurred to me that there are a lot of people that we should be thanking, so got on a roll. And what would a week be without a Monogram Font?! I designed the Berry Wreath as a die, but it makes a fine addition to the Monogram Font Collection!

QFD Completed Monogram Font

 

Hello, everyone!

Welcome to the month of May!

Matching this weeks´ tag theme: here is my puzzle tag. I made it for a friend and her husband (Sabine and Micha). I hope they will like it.

I used the QFD Completed Monogram Font.

To add some extra I embossed the S and M with QFD Modern Gilding Powders Tyrian Purple. 

Adding a color matching ribbon and there it is: 
a puzzle tag.
