Basic Accordion Card Blanks

I created these designs to save you loads of time and frustration!  No measuring needed, just cut on your machine and assemble the layers (if needed or wanted!).  The hardest part will be choosing the papers!  You can stamp on the panels, letter on the base accordion, and add drawings or photos to these designs with ease.

  •  I've made you a Basic Square Accordion Card Blank which includes decorative panels if you wish to use them. Since we're limited by a 12" piece of paper, I've added a tabbed accordion so you can keep adding accordion panels to make your card as long as you want. If you wish to decorate both sides of the accordion, simply double the number of panels you cut!
  • There Basic Rectangle Accordion Card Blank comes with decorative panels, both rectangular and oval.  Cut them all the same, vary them as I've done or don't use any! I've added a tabbed accordion so you can keep adding accordion panels to make your card as long as you want. If you wish to decorate both sides of the accordion, simply double the number of panels you cut! I've also added a belly band which works well when two sections of this accordion are joined.
  •  There is a simple Stepped Accordion Card Blank that includes decorative panels if you wish to use them and there are enough to add to both sides of the accordion. An interesting variation on the basic accordion.
  • There is another stepped accordion, but this one is angled. The Stepped Angled Accordion Card Blank also includes decorative panels if you wish to use them - enough for both sides. I really like this variation!
  • The Tag Accordion Card Blank can be short or long. I've added a tabbed accordion so you can keep adding accordion panels to make your card as long as you want. If you wish to decorate both sides of the accordion, simply double the number of panels you cut!  For fun, add some ribbon to the holes at the top!

Let's Make Candy Dome Cards!

These are just so cute and fun!  They'll be a big hit.  In this tutorial we're going to learn how to make them.  They're not hard, but there are some tricks!  So make sure you watch the video tutorial before you dive in.

I bought the candy domes on Amazon.  They are these ones:

https://amzn.to/3FV70Mg

They are plastic and they measure 9cm around x 3.5cm high which leaves room for a really nice number of jelly beans! Or carrots.  I suppose you could use carrots..... :-(

If you can't get those specific size domes, I have a way you can tweak the design so it works for you.  Just watch the tutorial!

I'm sure I'll be making other candy dome designs, so it won't hurt if you buy a bunch in a package!

You can find these Easter Candy Dome Cards at my Silhouette Design Store! Design IDs: D-1265818, D-1265819, D-1265820, D-1265821, D-1265822, D-1265823

So choose your favourite design - or all of them and let's see how they're made!

Make the Bunny Numbers Interactive Baby Book

Here is another cutie project to share with your favourite little person.

Make reading time special with a book made by you! This time we're doing numbers!

All the pages in this sweet baby or toddler interactive book can be bound with the cover by using ribbons or binder rings. Pull the flap down on each page to reveal a little peekaboo bunny and behind the little bunny is the number and the corresponding number of carrots!

Decorate the binder rings with ribbons if you wish. Each page is three layers and if you use heavier cardstock it will be easier for little hands to hold.  I like to use different shades when I cut the little bunny in the interactive flap.

Unlike the Baby Kitty Colors Interactive Book, you can use any colours you wish for this book!

Here is a video tutorial to help you assemble the pages.

You can find all the elements to make this sweet book on my Silhouette store: https://bit.ly/2oAR9e6  Design IDs D-1262033, D-1262035, D-1262037, D-1262039, D-1262041, D-1262042, D-1262043, D-1262045, D-1262046, D-1262047 and D-1262048

Make the Baby Kitty Colours Interactive Book

Now how cute is this?  It's a little book for a baby or toddler in the shape of a wee kitty.  Each page is a different colour and has an interactive flap with fun inside.

Not to worry for those of us who need it, I *had* to do an alternative cover!

Pull the flap down on each page to reveal a little kitty and behind the little kitty is the word describing the colour. Each page is three layers and if you use heavier cardstock it will be easier for little hands to hold.  I like to use a different shade when I cut the little kitty in the interactive flap.
You can write a little message on the back of the front cover - and the back of any of the pages for that matter!  Fill it with love!

Here is a video tutorial to help you assemble the pages.

You can find all the elements to make this sweet book on my Silhouette store: https://bit.ly/2oAR9e6  Just search for "Suzanne Cannon interactive" if you have trouble finding it.

Have fun!
Just ask if you have any questions.

Meet the 2025 Cheeky 3D Calendars

You'll have so much fun making these calendars!  Print and cut these monthly panels topped with a different charming "critter" for each month and store them in their custom-sized holder, which you can cut in any colour you wish! There is even an often-cheeky message at the bottom of the each panel! The back of the holder has a fold-out support so the calendar will stand on its own to make the perfect desk calendar.

This is a Silhouette Print and Cut project.  I don't think it will work on Cricut in this format, but hopefully next project will be Cricut friendly.

I hope you think these are fun! The Poopy Calendar is D-1236725 and the Kitties are D-1236724 on my Silhouette profile.  Or filter for Print and Cut projects.

Watch the video tutorial below or on YouTube to help you along and if you have any questions, feel free to email me or contact me through my website.

The Christmas Star Tree Lantern

Well here's a cute little project for the holiday season! It's 3 star-shaped layers stacked to resemble a Christmas tree. You can do it in any colour or you can make each layer a different colour.

It's pretty darn simple and looks great as a lantern!

If you're receiving this as an email update, you can view the tutorial HERE. https://youtu.be/3HUZBydzeRg
